Jaguar and Williams F1 are to build a new supercar which can run on both petrol and electricity, The four wheel drive car will have a 0 to 60mph speed of less than three seconds and a maximum speed of 200mph. Jaguar has not revealed when the car will go on sale but said it is currently taking expressions of interest from potential buyers. Only 250 examples of the car will be built and will have a price tag of £700,000. Williams will use F1 technology to design a lightweight, carbon-fibre chassis as well as the hybrid engine.
