04-05-2011 : LOCK 12W AND LOCK 13W HUDDERSFIELD NARROW CANAL

Following an incident on the evening of 3rd May the pound between Locks 12W and 13W on the Huddersfield Narrow Canal has become partially dewatered and is currently unnavigable.

British Waterways is currently running water to the pound from further upstream and they anticipate that the pound will have recovered by 9.

00am Thursday 5th May.
