27-05-2011 : NEW WALK TOWN LOCK TO NEWARK TOWN BRIDGE

The Rotary Club are organising a duck on the River Trent at Newark on 28th May 2011.

The ducks will be launched from the footbridge, near Town Lock, and recovered shortly after Town Bridge.

The event starts at 3.

30pm and will be finished at 4pm approximately.

  During the event The river Trent will be closed and Canal Boat traffic will be asked to hold while the race takes place .
