01-07-2011 : PURTON TO SELLARS ON THE GLOUCESTER AND SHARPNESS CANAL

A Duke of Edinburgh Canoe Assessment Course is planned on the Gloucester And Sharpness Canal between Purton and Sellars on 2nd and 3rd July 2011.

There will be large numbers of canoeists on the canal at this time and other boat users are respectively requested to slow down and pass with care when in the area.

This is a two day event and will commence at Purton at approximately 15.

00 moving up to to Patch Bridge that evening and onto Sellars the next day.
