Cruising the canals of the UK

Canal stoppages

10-11-2011 : RIVER WITHAM

On Thursday 10th November between 0830 and 1630 at Grange Wood area of the River Witham, approximately 1 point 2km NW of the Grand Sluice, a surveying company will be carrying out a dipping survey.

The works will require the use of an inflatable dinghy.

A banks man will be present to ensure that approaching boats are aware.

No delays are envisaged but please approach the area with caution.
