The Aylesbury Arm will be locked with no access or egress as from Thursday 29th September 2011 at 9am.

This is to ensure that planned dredging works have a sufficient supply of water for the Aylesbury Arm in order to allow the dredging works to continue.

At this moment in time British Waterways are anticipating that it will remain closed until after the winter stoppage current scheduled to end on 16th December 2011.
