To allow for repair works to the culvert from today until 23rd December 2011 closure of the canal and towpath is required between Cross Green Bridge to winding hole heading south towards Brinsford Bridge/Stafford Road Bridge on the Staffordshire and Worcestershire Canal.

Towpath and canal closure signage will be in place on bridges upstream and downstream to warn of the works being undertaken and to allow pedestrians to find an alternative walking route.
