19th April 2012 between 1545 and 1915 the Infinity Golf Challenge is taking place on the River Tees between Millennium Footbridge to Princess of Wales Bridge.

Golf balls will be struck from the banks, close to the Riverside Car Park, onto a floating green.

Between 0900 to 1545 navigation will be open to Canal Boats and other craft but restrictions will be in place while the floating green is fixed into position.

Please proceed with care and follow the advice of the safety boat on site.

Between 1545 and 1915 the navigation will be closed and Canal Boats and other vessels will not be allowed to moor in the restricted area also you will not be able to enter the restricted area during the event and moorings will be suspended .
