Canal stoppages

25-11-2011 : NETHERTON TUNNEL

From Monday 28th November to Friday 9th December 2011 closure of the tunnel and both towpaths will be required.

The closures will apply Monday to Friday only between the following hours 0900 to 1230 and 1330 to 1700.

The tunnel will be open for navigation before 9am and after 5pm and for 1 hour during the day and will be entirely reopened across the weekend.

There will be warning signs at both tunnel portals during these works.
