12-08-2013 : GOVERNMENT TO ENCOURAGE MORE PEOPLE TO GET CYCLING

The government is hoping to encourage more people to get pedalling by investing 94 million pounds in England's cycle routes.

The money will be used to improve existing cycle paths and fund new ones.

Among the cities and towns included in the revamp are Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol and Oxford.
