03-05-2011 : HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART 2.

The magical time at Hogwarts is nearly at an end for Harry Potter and his friends.

Fans have recently got to view the first extended look at the final installant, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.

Up until now Warner Bros.

has teased fans with a slim selection of images and brief sneak peeks with an opening scene preview clip on the Deathly Hallows Part 1 Blu ray and DVD.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 will be the first and only film in the saga released theatrically in 3D.

The last film, due to release in UK cinemas on 15th July 2011 will star old favourites Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Alan Rickman and Robbie Coltrane.

Scenes from the films and TV series have been shot on location in the UK and many are easily reached on a Canal Boat Holiday.

The magnificent cathedral in Gloucester served as Hogwarts and the cloisters there provided the setting for several scenes in the film.

London plays a big part in the Harry Potter films when the Dursleys go to the Zoo it is filmed at London Zoo in Regents Park.

Platform nine and three quarters is where Harry catches the steam train to Hogwarts this was filmed on Platform 4 at Kings Cross Station.
