The 35th Bristol International Balloon Fiesta is being held at Ashton Court between 8th and 11th August.

The festival is the largest such event in Europe and one of the UKs top five outdoor events.

The event is free and not surprisingly attracts over 500,000 visitors over the four days.

See the incredible spectacle of over 100 balloons of all shapes and sizes taking to the sky in mass ascents each morning and evening.

The night sky will be ablaze with the famous night glows when the balloons tether in the main arena light up in sequence to music, like giant light bulbs.
